Return Policy: At Sahand Shimi, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. For over 30 years, we have proudly maintained one of the lowest error rates in order processing and shipping by ensuring the delivery of authentic products, secure packaging, and accurate fulfillment.

However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to return a product. This page outlines our Return & Refund Policy, providing clear conditions, steps, and regulations to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the product.
  • Product Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for damaged items, incorrect shipments, or products that do not match the order. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Sahand Shimi.
  • Special Products: Items such as unsaturated polyester resin, volatile solvents, and temperature/light-sensitive chemicals can only be returned if unopened and sealed.
  • Required Documentation: Include your order number, product photos, and a detailed description of the issue when submitting a return request.

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Go to My Orders and select the order you want to return.
  3. Click Request Return.
  4. Fill out the return form with all required details and attach product photos (if applicable).
  5. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.
  6. Upon approval, you will receive return shipping instructions.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the registered bank account.
  • If the return is due to customer preference rather than a defect or error on our part, initial and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For full order returns, the entire amount will be refunded excluding shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items past the return period.
  • Chemicals improperly stored or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom-made or special-order products.
